Does 5.56 twist rate effect accuracy?

On August 19th, I'm heading to Ohio to scientifically test my theory that 5.56 will destabilize at extended range using civilian-grade ammunition and high barrel twist rate. This test will be scientifically reproduceable by anyone with the right ammunition and equipment.
